Retired archive entry

Retired. This ID once referred to an entry that has been removed from the archive. The ID itself is permanently reserved and will never be reassigned, so citations to IM-0015 remain valid as historical references.

The entry was cut for editorial reasons during a pass to tighten the archive. The ID stays in the registry forever - that is the whole point of the stability rules. See the archive organisation document for why.
